Terms & Conditions 

The Basics 

Facility rental fees are as follows 

Deposit: 

A deposit of $500 and a completed rental agreement is required to confirm the event date and later will be deducted from the total bill. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations received 1 month (30 days) prior to the event date. The deposit is non­refundable in the event of a cancellation with less than 30 days notice, unless we can re­book the space with another comparable function. 

Payment: 

50% of total bill is required 15 days prior to event. 

Full payment is due byevent date. 

Cancellations: 

All cancellations must be made no later than 30 days prior to the event. Failure to cancel 30 days prior to event will result in loss of deposit. 

Facility Fees: base rate, excluding any additional services or facility fees Of Season­ May & June, September & October

Peak Season­ July & August

All rental fees include: 

­Use of facility from 8 am to midnight 

­set­up & take­down 

­locations for outdoor photography 

Additional Service Fees Include: (but are not limited to) 

­food $$ 

­beverage $$ 

­linens, flatware, plates, 

­decor: lights, heaters, stage, etc. 

­staff 

Menu: 

When planning your menu, you may choose from one of our packaged meal plans or create a custom menu. Changes can be made no later than one week prior to event.

Bar Service/Alcohol: 

­beer & wine: select from our preferred list 

­if you have a preference on a brand or style, you may order through us or bring on site ­bartender provided 

Responsibility: 

­Renters may enter the facility at 8:00 am the day of the rental 

­Event must conclude by 12:00 am midnight 

­Final head count due one week prior to event date 

­Prior approval is required for placement of any interior or exterior decorations ­9 Restaurant reserves the right to revise menu options or pricing for events 15 days prior to the event date 

­North Bellingham Golf Course assumes no responsibility for lost or misplaced articles. This includes, but is not limited to, the wedding gifts, coats, jewelry, etc. ­The organizer or booking party is responsible and accountable for any and all damage to the facility and surrounding areas (outdoor lights, landscaping, buildings, golf course and equipment)
